This Hampton’s-inspired Sahara 43 is a showstopping double storey home from Plantation Homes, which sets the benchmark for the penultimate Queensland family home. On display at Harmony in Palmview, this 43 square home embodies and celebrates the Hampton’s style and lifestyle throughout and is the most recent addition to the ever popular Sahara series. From the outset, the “Eastport” façade upholds a bold and inviting presence, with a palette of blue-grey render, white Linea Board Cladding and Shale Grey Colorbond® steel roof.

On display, the Sahara showcases the standard floorplan with minor upgrade options, which are available to customers to personalise their home. Upon entry, the home features a separate Theatre and Study to the right, well positioned away from the open plan living area. The in-demand study ensures that tech remains out of the main living and sleeping areas, while the theatre room can also be converted to a guest room. These features make the Sahara ideal for a busy family who demands a home to be multi-functional and beautiful.
Past the staircase to the rear of the ground floor, the open plan living space reaches out to the alfresco. A light-filled void completes this area. This standard design feature accentuates how Plantation Homes understands and embraces the way that Queenslanders want to live.

The kitchen features a grand island bench, a feature synonymous with Plantation Homes’ award-winning design, as well as a grand butler’s pantry including a separate pantry. Whether for an amateur cook or an expert chef, this kitchen space provides amenity and storage aplenty.
The first floor boasts an additional leisure space which overlooks the head-turning void, connecting this living space with the open plan living areas downstairs, while taking advantage of the light from well positioned windows.

Featuring an oversized dressing room and generous double vanity ensuite, the master bedroom in the Sahara is luxurious and highly functionable.  The first floor also boasts the other three spacious bedrooms, bathroom, separate powder room and perfectly located leisure room. Plantation Homes General Manager Alex Raleigh, said this recent industry award is a testament to Plantation Homes’ continued commitment in designing and building the best possible family homes for Queenslanders to love and enjoy.

“Every Plantation home is thoughtfully designed for Queensland families - to fit in perfectly into their busy and diverse lifestyles. This award fuels our determination at Plantation Homes to continue delivering choices, innovation and quality. These features and fixtures on display ensure we are showcasing accessible inspiration to our customers and we extend a huge thank you and congratulations to all the trades and suppliers who help us achieve this level of style and quality each and every day.”
