Our commitment to making sustainable choices started from the very beginning. We always push ourselves to make a difference, from the smallest details on how we operate to the design choices we offer our customers, everything is done with sustainability in mind. Our homes utilise modern design choices like passive design that eliminates the need for additional heating or cooling, using timber, which is a renewable and recyclable building material, and finding innovative ways to save water.
In 2022, we partnered with some of the world's leading brands and climate change minds to introduce our Solar All Electric homes. With the help of the ‘Get Pylon Solar Simulator’ tool and The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) annual electricity consumption estimates and the ‘Energy Made Easy’ website, we calculated that our customers who build a solar powered home can save up to 75% on their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprints.
The choices we make today together with the option we offer our customers all lend a hand to making the homes we build better for our communities and the environment.

Where we're going
With upcoming changes to the National Construction Code rolling out throughout 2023, we’re taking steps to further future-proof our homes to not only be compliant but better serve our customers. The first of three lots of changes will be adopted by states and territories starting from the 1st of May, with the rest rolling out throughout the year.
