At your request, we’ll simply transfer you to the lower packaged price for your quoted house design, façade cost, with the standard inclusions and promotion that come with that lower price, even if you’ve signed a contract!

*The Mortgage Fund is available for new deposits paid after 15 April 2024 across all our ranges, but not our completed homes business. The up to $2000 per month for 12 months statement is based on the amount payable on the Reserve Valetta and Majestic homes ($24,000 in total). For all other Reserve double storey homes the payment will be $1500 per month for 12 months ($18,000 in total), and for the Mainvue range and Reserve single storey homes it will be $1000 per month for 12 months ($12,000 in total). It will be paid in the form of 12 equal monthly payments but only if the following criteria are met: (1) payment of an initial deposit to Plantation Homes after 15 April 2024; (2) sales paperwork is completed within 8 weeks of paying the initial deposit; (3) tender is signed within 4 weeks of presentation of the tender by Plantation Homes; (4) contract is signed and payment made of the 5% balance of our total contract value within a week of presentation of the contract and in any event by no later than 30 March 2025. (5) evidence of ownership of title to land and all supporting documentation is provided by no later than 30 March 2025, where supporting documentation includes evidence of title to satisfaction of Plantation Homes, a copy of registered survey plan, as constructed drawings of land development, full access to land for soil testing and contour surveys and if applicable, a copy of the compaction report (6) finance confirmation is provided including a current unconditional letter of offer and written confirmation from finance provider that funds are ready to be released for construction progress payments within 30 days of contract signing (7) base claim invoice has been issued.
