The Mortgage Fund is available for new deposits paid after 12 August 2025 across our Mainvue Collection only. The statement “up to $1,500 per month for 12 months” is based on the amount payable on a Mainvue double storey home ($18,000 in total), while for Mainvue single storey homes, the amount is $1,000 per month for 12 months ($12,000 in total). Payments will be made in 12 equal monthly instalments, subject to the following criteria being met:
(1) payment of an initial deposit to Plantation Homes after 12 August 2025;
(2) completion of sales paperwork within 8 weeks of deposit after payment of your initial deposit or 12 weeks for a knock down rebuild or acreage site;
(3) tender is signed within 4 weeks of presentation of the tender by Plantation Homes
(4) contract is signed and payment made of the balance of the deposit of 5% of the total contract value (ie minus the deposits previously paid) within a week of presentation of the contract, and in any event by no later than 9 months from the deposit date.
(5) provide evidence of ownership of title to your land and all “supporting documentation” by no later than 9 months from deposit date. Supporting Documentation includes satisfactory evidence of your title to the land, copy of the registered survey plan, copy of as-constructed drawings, full access to the land to Plantation Homes to conduct soil testing and contour surveys and copy of compaction report if applicable.
(6) provide finance confirmation, including a current unconditional letter of offer and written confirmation from our finance provider that funds are ready to be released for construction progress payments, within 30 days of contract signing.
(7) Commencement of construction work on site must occur on or before 12 months from deposit date; and
(8) base claim invoice must be issued.
If your 12 month price lock is extended as per the terms in your sales quotation, the timeframes/milestone set out above for signing of the build contract (including payment of contract deposit), proof of land ownership and commencement of construction work on site will be adjusted to reflect the extended timeframes as set out in those extension of price lock terms.
