At your request, we’ll simply transfer you to the lower packaged price for your quoted house design, façade cost, with the standard inclusions and promotion that come with that lower price, even if you’ve signed a contract!

*Price Lock - 12 month price lock on quoted list price, house type, façade cost, standard inclusions and promotion when you pay initial deposit. Price lock applies to deposits taken after 25 June 2024. Price lock set as initial deposit date and available only to those customers who comply with the timeframes set out in the deposit paperwork, sign contracts (and pay outstanding balance of contract deposit) and provide evidence of ownership of title and all supporting documentation by no later than 9 months and achieve site start (commencement of construction work on site) by no later than 12 months from deposit date. If timeframes not met and contracts signed, Plantation Homes will have right to terminate and reprice. You can choose to lock in the base price of your house build, façade cost, standard inclusions and any applicable promotional offers for an additional period, beyond your 12 Month Price Lock, up to a maximum of 6 additional months. The additional price lock extension is available in monthly increments and incurs a fee of $2,000 per month. The maximum extension period is six (6) months, bringing the price lock guarantee to a maximum of 18 months. To secure the additional price lock, you must confirm your interest and the relevant fees are to be added to your sales quotation, tender or contract, prior to contract signing. If your site start occurs before the Price Lock Month additionally purchased and added to your contract, we will credit this back to you by way of building variation. The timeframes/milestone set out by Plantation Homes for signing of the build contract (including payment of contract deposit) and proof of land ownership will be adjusted to reflect the extended Price Lock Month.

^ The Future Best Price Guarantee - cannot be carried forward to any extensions to the 12 Month Price Lock and only applies to the first 12 months not any extended options. Transfer to lower packaged price is only available to those who qualify for the first 12 month price lock period and only until the date on which building permit is issued. There will be no entitlement to elements of the original promotional offer if the decision is made to transfer to a subsequent lower base price offer. Lower base price must be taken with standard inclusions and promotional offer available at the time of the reduction in pricing. +Prime cost and provisional items will be revised once actual pricing received. List prices are effective for deposits paid on or after 25 June 2024. Build it your way pricing (list price) does not include air conditioning, solar or induction cooking but are available to purchase together as a Solar All Electric home or individually or by speaking to your New Home Consultant.
