Before you commit to your largest financial investment, we suggest you do your research.

Don’t pay a deposit or sign a contract with a builder, before you ask these questions first:

  1. What is the advertised list price? Does it soar above other builders?
  2. What is actually included in the advertised list price? What brands are included? How much choice do I get or are any changes all considered upgrades?
  3. Does your advertised list price include 7-star energy efficiency and Whole of Home compliance, no matter the orientation of my block?
  4. Can you advise the costs of 7-star and Whole of Home compliance before I sign a contract?
  5. When do I choose my interior and exterior selections? Before or after signing a contract?
  6. How will my upgraded selections affect my 7-star energy efficiency rating?
  7. Do you have pre-drawn floorplan options that are pre-priced so I can tailor my preferred floorplan for my lifestyle and family?
  8. Can you tell me my final price before I sign a contract?
  9. Do you offer a price lock and future best price guarantee when I pay a deposit?

We’ll happily answer all these questions for you because transparency is our cornerstone. For starters…

  • You can always find our prices. We don’t ask you to sign up to anything to access the information and we certainly don’t have a problem handing out price lists at our display centres if you want a copy to take home!
  • Details of what you get for our advertised prices including our 7-star fully compliant house designs and all our standard luxury inclusions are on our website.
  • The advertised price of all our homes includes 7-star and Whole of Home compliance, no matter the orientation of your block. If you choose any upgrades or your home doesn’t automatically comply because of specific developer requirements, our team has developed an exclusive energy calculator that will quickly advise the costs of compliance. This is all before we ask you to sign a contract! You won’t find any ambiguous sums in our quotes, which can later translate to expensive upgrades to achieve that compliance.
  • We hold a tender appointment in between receiving a sales quote and signing a contract. It means you can build to your budget, and get your home loan approved, by knowing the full costs upfront, as early as possible. Our tenders include all the costs of the house design you have chosen, any floorplan changes, façade chose, internal and external selections plus site costs and considerations for any developer requirements.

Don’t get caught with mystery upgrade costs after you sign a contract.

Talk to the experts - we don’t just lead the market, we define it.
