Creative and curious

Pantone 17-3938 Very Peri is a hue that exudes a daring curiosity that animates Pantone’s creative spirit, inquisitive and intriguing nature. PANTONE 17-3938 Very Peri has been chosen to embrace the current altered landscape of possibilities and opening up to a new vision – especially during this challenging year.

The team at Pantone describes Very Peri as a “Rekindling gratitude for some of the qualities that blue represents complemented by a new perspective that resonates today, PANTONE 17-3938 Very Peri places the future ahead in a new light.”

As part of the beloved blue colour family, it has a majestic violet red undertone which celebrates a spritely, joyous attitude and dynamic presence that encourages creativity and inventive expressions.
So this colour is worth celebrating!

How to incorporate Very Peri in your home

According to Di, with Very Peri, it is all about peppering this elusive hue to create a sense of playful colourful yet calmness into your home.

“Very Peri is a strong dynamic colour and I have started using it as my accent colour using splashes of the colour in cushions, rugs, paintings and tying is all together with a dramatic centre piece such a large glass vase or bowl or huge abstract painting holding lots of ‘Very Peri.’ If feeling brave an all-white kitchen with a beautiful glass splash back in “Very Peri” would be striking,” Di adds.

“As a strong, brave and courageous colour, Very Peri can harmonise perfectly with an array of neutrals in your home. Why not pair Very Peri in a contemporary neutral bathroom by splashing this inviting hue in the towels or decorative flowers. The bedroom could also celebrate Very Peri with throws or a cushion – not as a dominant presence but subtly and with sophistication.”

How do you envisage Very Peri to be part of your home’s décor?
