Stepping into Plantation Design Studio
In February, Plantation Homes opened its doors to its all-new home exterior and interior design studio, introducing a world of style opportunities for Queensland home buyers.
With more than 2,000 products showcased, the Plantation Design Studio is an all-encompassing home inspiration experience where you can explore the very latest offerings including floor coverings, roofing, benchtops, tapware, doors, light fittings, facades, paint colours and kitchen appliances. What’s new with Plantation Homes
2019 saw a suite of new displays, designs and new communities from Plantation Homes.
Launched in August, Plantation Homes’ newest World of Homes experience centre, with a stunning array of homes that were opened to the public in the prestigious suburb of Rochedale, within Hydeberry Estate.
Located just 14km from the Brisbane CBD, our latest World of Homes experience centre at Rochedale boasts stunning and picturesque streetscapes and exclusive boutique community living. Elegant in design and beautiful upon entry, Hydeberry offers a unique Queensland lifestyle coupled with a homely feel. Visiting Hydeberry Estate is great way to spend a leisurely day over the holidays and be sure to join us early in the year as we officially launch this centre with a summer celebration!

‘Tis the season to be generous
A record-breaking $986,000 was raised at the September auction for the 2019 House for Life charity home. The two-story, 51-square, Hamptons’-inspired home located at The Surrounds master-planned community in Helensvale was the 8th house to be built and auctioned to Mater Foundation. The significant donation will make a huge difference to Mater Little Miracles, to support the care of over 10,000 sick and premature babies as well as help fund life-saving research.

To cap off a stellar year, Plantation Homes was named the 2019 HIA Queensland Professional Major Builder for a record-breaking 8th consecutive year.
Retaining the coveted title at the 2019 HIA Queensland Housing Awards, we were scrutinised by our industry peers and judged Queensland’s best builder in the areas of design, innovation, customer service, business and financial management and ethical conduct.
This prestigious award is the highest accolade in the construction industry here in Queensland and stands as an absolute testament to the quality, professionalism and expertise that Plantation Homes delivers to our customers every day.

Then Plantation Homes team will break for the festive season from 20st December and will be back on deck on the 6th January 2020.
