The brand new Everleigh State School opened in late 2022 and is within walking distance for most residents. The primary school is eventually expected to accommodate up to 1400 students from prep to Year 6.

The area already features a selection of kindergarten, state and private schools, with more planned as the population grows.

Shopping and community

The existing retail hubs provide everything from daily necessities to leisure shopping with a supermarket and specialty stores. Planned expansions to Greenbank Shopping Centre propose more employment opportunities with a new full line supermarket, discount department store, increased parking spaces and more retail stores.

The Mater Private Hospital Spingfield and Mater Health Centre Brookwater are just 15 minutes away, along with existing medical, dental and allied health facilities in the area and a proposed health hub.
