The Colorado display which features the all-new Westhamptons façade, gives a discerning nod to relaxed farmhouse aesthetics, as well as boasting a peppering of modern style. Its humble sophistication balances perfectly with its big open spaces, thanks to its elongated design.

The Colorado is as much a celebration of the outdoors as is it of the indoors with its large windows to capture the acreage views. The result is a larger-than-life family home, with an expansive frontage, where every room is applauding its outdoor aspect.

The Colossal Colorado

With four expansive bedrooms including a master suite and dressing room, the Colorado 37 also has four generous living areas, including a handy theatre room, making it a perfectly proportioned floorplan.

Cleverly designed, the Colorado has two distinct wings, with one entire zone dedicated to the master suite and it wouldn’t be a master without an impressive dressing room and double vanity ensuite.
