Awards aplenty
2018 saw us pick up an array of industry accolades. We secured the HIA Gold Coast and Northern Rivers Housing Awards for the Carmelle 28 (Best Display up to $300,000) and Bentley 42 (Best Display $401,000 to $500,000), and at the HIA iLandscape Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay Housing Awards, the Hamilton 24 was judged Best Display Home up to $300,000.
However, the icing on the cake was being named the HIA Queensland Professional Major Builder – for the seventh year in a row! This is a true testament on what we set out to achieve year after year, where we not only take exceptional pride in delivering generous family homes to Queenslanders, we are committed in achieving world-class customer service and the way we manage our business. Plantation Homes is evolving at a rapid pace and with that growth, we invest heavily in achieving excellence in all our core business values – from Leadership to Corporate Social Responsibility.
New homes, new communities
We launched the beautiful Eastpoint Estate in Hemmant – a boutique estate in Brisbane’s east with 11 house designs to choose from. It is a true celebration of inner city living, coupled with a great community feel
We also unveiled an all-new boutique community in the luscious suburb of Heathwood. Called Westwood Estate, Heathwood’s newest community is perfectly positioned near shopping centres, schools and playground. The private master planned community will feature stunning double-storey, four-bedroom homes.
In August, we opened another fully immersive World of Homes experience centre, Springfield Rise, in Spring Mountain, only 40 minutes south west of Brisbane. With all our displays, we want Queenslanders to fully immerse themselves in the homes and experience family life the Plantations Homes way.
Plantation Homes also launched a number of new designs to impress all Queenslanders. From the magnificence of The European, to the free-flowing Cabo, Ashbury and the spaciousness of the Perle and Sierra – all Plantation Homes boast premium inclusions as standard and celebrate the Queensland lifestyle.

Giving back
Hot off the press, we recently unveiled the latest site for our 8th House for Life for Mater Little Miracles. The 51-square, custom-build design boasting four spacious bedrooms, plus study, and four and a half bathrooms, will be built on land donated by project partners, Villawood Properties. The auction date is set for September 2019.
To follow the build’s progress, visit House for Life or follow @houseforlifecharityhome on Instagram. 100% of the funds raised from the auction will go toward Mater Little Miracles, to support seriously ill and premature babies cared for at Mater Mothers’ Hospitals. Mater Foundation raises funds through a wide range of different programs to help support Mater’s provision of exceptional healthcare, education and investment in world-leading medical research.

Our displays centres will be closed from 20th December 2018 and will reopen on the 5th January 2019.
