WHAT IS THE PLANTATION HOMES TRIPLE ADVANTAGE OFFER?

The Plantation Homes Triple Advantage promotion is based on a combination of:

1) Half mortgage repayments for the first year after settlement to the value of $10,938.

2) the savings gained by purchasing both an air con and flooring pack compared to retail price

3) the Government First Home Owner Grant and HomeBuilder Grant, if you are eligible for both.

TELL ME HOW THE HALF MORTGAGE REPAYMENT OPTION WILL WORK?

Plantation Homes will pay half your mortgage repayments for the first year after settlement to the value of $10,938.

The mortgage payments offer is based on a $450k loan, at 2.69% interest, principal and interest, payable over 30 years.

The mortgage payments will be provided to you in the form of 12 x $911.50 monthly payments from the first 15th day of the month after settlement has occurred on your Plantation home.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A MORTGAGE?

That’s ok, you are still eligible to receive the monthly payments after settlement as outlined in the terms and conditions. You can choose to use the money however you wish.

WHAT HOMES DOES PLANTATION HOMES TRIPLE ADVANTAGE APPLY TO?

The Plantation Homes Triple Advantage is available across all Essence, Luxury and Q Collection single and double storey homes. There are different savings and upgrade values depending on which home you choose.

Our Completed Homes (Ready Built) are excluded from this promotion.

WILL I STILL RECEIVE THE PLANTATION HOMES TRIPLE ADVANTAGE IF I DON’T HAVE TITLED LAND?

Of course, the Plantation Homes Triple Advantage is available for customers with land whether it has or has not titled. We want to ensure everyone can take advantage of this great Plantation Homes offer. If you have any questions, your New Home Consultant can assist you.

I’M DOING A KNOCKDOWN REBUILD HOME, AM I STILL ELIGIBLE?

Yes, Knock Down Rebuild homes are included subject to approval by the Drafting Manager if you are able to provide As Constructed Sewer plans. Ask your New Home Consultant and they can provide you with further information on this.

HOW DO I MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PLANTATION HOMES TRIPLE ADVANTAGE?

Great question! We recommend you visit one of our display locations across Queensland and meet with one of our New Home Consultants. Our display centres will be open from Saturday 2nd January. They will be able to provide expert advice on your new home. But don’t delay, this offer won’t last long so take advantage of it as soon as you can.

2) the savings gained by purchasing both an air con and flooring pack compared to retail price with the lower end of the promotional range based on the savings from purchasing both packs with Ava 16 (Essence inclusions) and the upper end of the promotional range based on savings from purchasing both packs with Majestic 53 (Luxury inclusions).

a) Plantation Collection – Luxury Inclusions
Air-conditioning offer includes Daikin 4 zone unit with 10 outlets, three phase up to 20kw power for single storeys (house specific) and three phase up to 25kw power for double storeys (house specific). Offer limited to lots up to 640m2 with 4.5m setback. Flooring offer includes 600 x 600 glazed porcelain floor tiles from Plantation Homes promotional range in a selection of colours or timber look flooring (Helvetic Laminate Range) and Carpet (Laguna Keys Range) as per standard flooring design plan. Please note that the flooring pack will incur a $2,990 customer contribution and the air con pack will incur a $2,990 customer contribution.  Standard laying pattern only and excludes professional cleaning. Additional charges will apply to any changes or alternative configurations.

b) Plantation Collection – Essence Inclusions
Air-conditioning offer includes one Daikin 7.1kW unit to living area of choice and one Daikin 2.5kW unit to bedroom of choice. Location of units dependent on house type selection, includes standard three phase power and configuration. Offer limited to lots up to 640m² with a 4.5m setback. Additional charges will apply outside of this configuration. Flooring offer includes timber look flooring (Helvetic Laminate Range) and Carpet (Laguna Keys Range) as per standard flooring design plan. Please note that a $2,990 customer contribution will be for single storey homes and $3,990 for double storey homes. Standard laying pattern only and excludes professional cleaning. Additional charges will apply to any changes or alternative configurations.

c) Q Collection – Opal Inclusions
Air-conditioning offer includes Daikin 4 zone unit with 10 outlets, three phase up to 12.5kw power for single storeys (house specific) and three phase up to 18kw power for double storeys (house specific). Offer limited to lots up to 640m2 with 4.5m setback. Flooring offer includes 600 x 600 glazed porcelain floor tiles from Plantation Homes promotional range in a selection of colours or timber look flooring (Helvetic Laminate Range) and Carpet (Laguna Keys Range) as per standard flooring design plan. Please note that the flooring pack will incur a $1,990 customer contribution and the air con pack will incur a $1,990 customer contribution. Standard laying pattern only and excludes professional cleaning.  Additional charges will apply to any changes or alternative configurations.

3) the Government First Home Owner Grant and HomeBuilder Grant, if you are eligible for both. The lower and upper range of the promotion assumes that you are eligible for both the First Home Owner Grant and the HomeBuilder Grant. To qualify for the Plantation Homes Triple Advantage promotion, you must have paid your initial deposit after 2 January 2021.

For HomeBuilder Grant eligible customers please speak to your New Home Consultant for eligible homes and the requirements, obligations and time frames in order to have a signed contract by 31 March 2021.

This Triple Advantage offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes Completed Homes (Ready Built). Please note that of course the Government Grants are available to all eligible customers at any time.
