The daily retreat
You will be spoiled daily here with easy to escape to spaces, starting with the study that’s privately located at the front of the home. The theatre room is positioned away from any of the bedrooms for those who want to turn up the volume and another leisure area is located near two of the minor bedrooms. The layout puts an end to arguments over the remote or provides a play area that doesn’t interrupt the other areas of the home.
Space to be solo
Down an angled hallway you’ll find two minor bedrooms with robes, quietly set away at the front of the home. The third bedroom stands more alone, and is closest to the main bathroom, making it perfect for an independent teenager, live in adult children, or even grandparents. The master suite is buffered from the living area by a hallway and features a dressing room that is enviable in size, running the full length of the room and an ensuite with separate toilet.
With the design of the dining and living areas, the living room is the place for quiet conversations or perhaps another television, with the option of opening the doors onto the alfresco area to combine the spaces if the occasion calls for it. The dining room also opens onto the alfresco to create a free-flowing area to entertain.
The kitchen is in the centre of the home for easy access, no matter what space you’re coming in from. Given its open and central location, there’s a butler’s pantry for added storage, which also ensures that the kitchen never looks cluttered or messy. The island bench doubles as a space for snacks or canapés, and serving in the dining room is as easy as taking a few steps.Read less -
