The Portland offers a defined entry to greet guests before moving in to the main area of the home from the garage and thoroughfare. Sitting just off of the entry is a separate home theatre and study, placed thoughtfully away from the rest of the home to ensure not only privacy while studying, but also that the noise from movies and games don't disturb the reat of the household.

When you arrive in the heart of the home, you will be presented with a outdoor centric open plan living space that looks out to the undercover alfresco. Anchored by a gourmet kitchen that will surely become the centre for family celebrations for years to come, this open plan space sets the scene for afternoons entertaining outside and evening dinners in the cool cummer breeze.
