A space to come together

The main living within the Monaco is centred within the home. Coming into the kitchen, the grand island bench overlopps the dining and living zone, which can be enjoyed separately or opened into one vast hub. Lined with large windows, there's plenty of sunlight, while doors open out to the stunning alfresco for summer time barbecues. Tucked away with masses of bench space, the butler's pantry is a cook’s dream, as is the large cooktop. 

A place to sleep

The extra large Master Suite to the front of the home acts as a retreat featuring a generously sized walk in dressing and double vanity ensuite with a large shower, plus separate toilet. Down to the rear of the home is where you will find the secondary bedrooms in their own little pocket with a separate hallwayy, each with built in robes. These rooms are well serviced with a bathroom and separate toilet nearby.

Additional living

There's plenty to keep the kids busy with in the Monaco. The home theatre room is accommodating to have friends and family over for movie nights, positioned across the way from the open plan living zones so that the entire family can stay connected, no matter their chosen activity.
