A symphony of homes at Harmony

Welcome to Plantation Homes latest range of stunning family homes in Palmview, the ideal place to celebrate what the Sunshine Coast hinterland has to offer, especially for Queenslanders who love their homes and love life.

Aptly named Harmony, this exclusive Palmview community is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Nestled near luscious white sands and crystal waters, and only a few minutes away from the magic of Mooloolaba and the laidback coastal vibes of Maroochydore, this idyllic community boasts the very-popular KAI Coffee café which also features an inviting alfresco deck to soak up the sun over a hearty breakfast or lunch. Stay tuned for more events in the future including Beats and Eats.

Setting the perfect note

Harmony hits the right notes when it comes being one of Queensland’s best lifestyle locations, as well as being a stone’s throw to premium education facilities, cafes, restaurants and shopping and entertainment precincts. In fact, a brand-new school will be opening next door to Harmony, as well as the Bruce Highway’s access to be completed by the end of 2021.

Harmony is a mecca for families to stay connected to their communities. Walking and cycling trails and a host of community events are just some of the neighborhoods features Harmony has to offer.

With more than 90 per cent of all Harmony residents living within 250 metres from a local park, Harmony is dedicated to the outdoor lifestyle - an absolute must for Queensland families. A lovely edition to Harmony will be the community garden, which will be jam-packed with fresh produce for residents to grow and pick for their breakfast, lunch or dinner. The community garden is another example in the way Harmony brings families and residents together, creating a holistic and warm approach to Queensland living.
