6th July 2017

First Home Builders

If you’re a prospective first home buyer in Queensland, then you may be able to get into your new home sooner with the Queensland Government’s $20,000 First Home Owners grant being extended until December 31st 2017. There’s never been a greater time to get into the property market with Plantation Homes.

If your contract is signed between July 1st and December 31st 2017, first home buyers may be eligible for up to $20,000 from the Queensland State Government to buy or build a new home, unit or townhouse valued no greater than $750,000, subject to terms and conditions.

To make this most of this opportunity, ensure that your new home deposit is paid by November 19th 2017. This allows enough time to schedule in your Tender Appointment and Contract Appointment so that you can sign your Building Contract by the 31st December to secure the grant^.
